Financial Assistance

Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment. Dental treatment is a good investment in your medical and psychological well being. We do not want to let expense prevent you from benefiting from the quality of care you desire or need. Since different people have different treatment and financial needs, we offer the following payment/financial options:

 

Insurance and Billing

Our office accepts a variety of different insurance carriers. Please call our office and our staff will help determine your dental benefit as estimated by your insurance carrier.

Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. There is almost always a deductible which varies from company to company. We ask that you pay our portion of the bill at the time of treatment. It is your responsibilty to pay any balance not paid by your insurance. We will be very happy to help you with finding out your maximum insurance benefits.

Full payment is due at the time of service unless other financial arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, debit cards, MasterCard & Visa . Other financial services are available though various companies.

 

Payment in Full

A 6% cash discount is offered when total fees over $2000 are paid in full with cash or check on the date of treatment or before.
